Beautifly is a Bug & Flying Pokémon which evolves from Silcoon. It is vulnerable to Rock, Flying, Fire, Electric and Ice moves. Beautifly's strongest moveset is Infestation & Bug Buzz and it has a Max CP of 1,765.
"Beautifly's favorite food is the sweet pollen of flowers. If you want to see this Pokémon, just leave a potted flower by an open window. Beautifly is sure to come looking for pollen."
Infestation is recommended for its superior energy generation, which Struggle Bug falls behind in, though the latter does sport greater damage output.
Bug Buzz demands the most amount of energy, but is also the most powerful and efficient charge move available in terms of Damage Per Energy (DPE). Silver Wind has pitiful damage output, but costs the least amount of energy, and is used largely for pressuring shields. Air Cutter is also a poor move that demands a moderate amount of energy, and offers Flying-type coverage.
Beautifly doesn't have much going for it, with a high ATK stat and consequently poor bulk, and a very poor and inefficient moveset. That's not to say that Beautifly can't win battles where typing advantages support it, but other Pokemon can fulfill its role much more easily and confidently.
Beautifly lacks a lot of things needed for PvP, and stats is notable for anything outside of Great League.
Dragons got nothing on this beautiful Pokemon when it comes to aesthetics. But that doesn't win battles does it?
