Exeggutor is a Grass & Psychic Pokémon which evolves from Exeggcute. It is vulnerable to Bug, Flying, Poison, Ghost, Fire, Ice and Dark moves. Exeggutor's strongest moveset is Extrasensory & Solar Beam and it has a Max CP of 3,014.
"Exeggutor originally came from the tropics. Its heads steadily grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight. It is said that when the heads fall off, they group together to form Exeggcute."
Confusion is an objectively great move in PVP thanks to its great 4 DPT (Damage Per Turn) and 3 EPT (Energy Per Turn). Bullet Seed offers superior energy generation, but the lack of damage output is discouraging.
It pairs well with Seed Bomb (55 Power/40 Energy) to pressure shields while dealing solid damage. Psychic (90 Power/55 Energy) hits hard coming off of STAB, and it can provide some shield-baiting opportunities.
Exeggutor is badly outclassed in terms of both Psychic and Grass types in the great league, leaving it little to no niche to call its own. It's best to just look elsewhere.
Once again, Exeggutor is outright outclassed. It can win a few key matchups, but many other Pokemon can fit into the same niche with utility to spare.
Really, short of restricted formats that force good matchups, Exeggutor just doesn't have the power to make waves in PVP.
