Fearow is a Normal & Flying Pokémon which evolves from Spearow. It is vulnerable to Rock, Electric and Ice moves. Fearow's strongest moveset is Peck & Sky Attack and it has a Max CP of 1,997.
"Fearow is recognized by its long neck and elongated beak. They are conveniently shaped for catching prey in soil or water. It deftly moves its long and skinny beak to pluck prey."
Fearow's Fast Moves are the primary reason for its lackluster performance. Peck benefits from STAB to outperform Steel Wing, but both are quite poor.
Sky Attack is actually quite strong with STAB, and is Fearow's main Charge Move with a moderate energy cost. Drill Run is valuable for its coverage, especially against Fearow's weaknesses to Electric and Rock Pokemon, as well as common Steel-types. Aerial Ace and Twister are poor moves.
Fearow's Charge Moves are highly desirable for Flying-type Pokemon, but this bird is ultimately held down due to its horrible Fast Moves and lack of bulk stats. Peck and Steel Wing both offer below average energy generation, meaning Fearow gets access to its strong Charge Moves more slowly. With a Pokemon this fragile, Fearow will most likely faint against most Pokemon before it can make any consistent impact.
Fearow's max CP is 2257, which is insufficient for this league.
Fearow? More like Zero.
