Flareon is a Fire Pokémon which evolves from Eevee. It is vulnerable to Ground, Rock and Water moves. Flareon's strongest moveset is Fire Spin & Overheat and it has a Max CP of 3,029.
"Flareon's fluffy fur has a functional purpose—it releases heat into the air so that its body does not get excessively hot. This Pokémon's body temperature can rise to a maximum of 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit."
Fire Spin is a great move in PVP thanks to having 3 DPT (Damage per Turn) and 3.33 EPT (Energy Per Turn), which allows it to deal solid damage and charge Flareon's moves reasonably fast. Ember trades a little bit of energy generation in favor of slightly more damage output.
Flamethrower (90 Power/55 Energy) is Flareon's balanced general-purpose charged move. Overheat is much stronger for the same energy cost, but its self-debuff makes it more difficult to use. Superpower is a great coverage move for Flareon, allowing it fight back against Rock-type opponents, though it also has a self-debuff issue. Last Resort demands more energy and risks Flareon being completely resisted by Rock Pokemon. Heat Wave and Fire Blast are poor choices for PvP.
Flareon is one of the worst Fire-type Pokemon in the Great League. If you want a good Fire Type, consider Charizard, Typhlosion, or Alolan Marowak.
....Charizard, Typhlosion, or Heatran?
....Typhlosion, Heatran, or even Entei? Seriously; please just leave poor Flareon out of this.
