Mr. Mime is a regional Psychic & Fairy Pokémon. It is vulnerable to Poison, Ghost and Steel moves. Mr. Mime's strongest moveset is Confusion & Psychic and it has a Max CP of 2,228. This Pokémon is only found in Europe.
"Mr. Mime is a master of pantomime. Its gestures and motions convince watchers that something unseeable actually exists. Once the watchers are convinced, the unseeable thing exists as if it were real."
Confusion benefits any Pokemon that can learn it. Its 4 DPT (Damage Per Turn) and 3 EPT (Energy Per Turn) can hurt whatever doesn't resist it while building damage quickly. Shadow Ball (100 Power/55 Energy) is a great move with great neutral coverage, while Psychic (90 Power/55 Energy) is actually stronger against neutral targets thanks to STAB.
Mr.Mime... can exist in the Great League? Its best niche is the combo of Confusion and Shadow Ball, but other Pokemon can use those tools much better. It's one of the few Fairy types in the tier, but that's not enough to make it worth using. Outside of specific limited formats, it's really not worth the investment.
Mr.Mime has no viability at all in the Ultra League.
If Mr.Mime thinks that its invisible box will save it in the Master League, it's sorely mistaken.
