Ninjask is a Bug & Flying Pokémon which evolves from Nincada. It is vulnerable to Rock, Flying, Fire, Electric and Ice moves. Ninjask's strongest moveset is Fury Cutter & Bug Buzz and it has a Max CP of 1,969.
"Ninjask moves around at such a high speed that it cannot be seen, even while its crying can be clearly heard. For that reason, this Pokémon was long believed to be invisible."
Fury Cutter is the preferred fast move, benefiting from STAB in addition to generating energy very quickly. Metal Claw is underwhelming.
Aerial Ace is a poor move despite having STAB, but can be very useful to bait shields due to its lower energy cost. Shadow Ball is able to hit most opponents for neutral damage and is handy when Ninjask is stuck in an unfavorable matchup. Bug Buzz takes advantage of STAB to deal large amounts of damage, but doesn't offer any significant coverage against Ninajask's 5 weaknesses.
Ninjask is a Pokemon for those who like to live on the edge, for those who like to take risks and live dangerously. With poor bulk and 5 weaknesses to common typings, Ninjask has a lot to fear and worry about. While its large offensive stat and access to mostly neutral Shadow Ball allows it to hit opponents hard, the large amounts of energy needed to shield bait with Aerial Ace and then damage with Shadow Ball is often too much to ask for before Ninjask ends up fainting. Overall an underwhelming candidate for PvP, but does considerably better if it can farm extra energy ahead of time to access Shadow Ball sooner, and also appreciates specific PvP formats like Silph Arena Cups to limit exposure to its vulnerabilities.
Ninjask lacks sufficient stats for the Ultra League.
Bugs don't really do well in Master League anyways.
