Spinda is a Normal Pokémon. It is vulnerable to Fighting moves. Spinda's strongest moveset is Sucker Punch & Dig and it has a Max CP of 1,220.
"All the Spinda that exist in the world are said to have utterly unique spot patterns. The shaky, tottering steps of this Pokémon give it the appearance of dancing."
Psycho Cut is preferable over Sucker Punch due to better energy generation. Icy Wind is basically Spinda's only good charged move, making it mandatory. Rock Tomb and Dig are both bad, but they each have advantages based on the coverage you need.
XL Candy allows Spinda to get somewhat closer to 1500, making it a little bit more competitive in Great League. That said, it still has some pretty significant moveset issues. Combine that with an underwhelming typing and mediocre bulk and you've got a Pokémon that's a) expensive and b) not very good. You could use Spinda, you just probably shouldn't.
