Weezing is a Poison Pokémon which evolves from Koffing. It is vulnerable to Ground and Psychic moves. Weezing's strongest moveset is Infestation & Sludge Bomb and it has a Max CP of 2,293.
"Weezing loves the gases given off by rotted kitchen garbage. This Pokémon will find a dirty, unkempt house and make it its home. At night, when the people in the house are asleep, it will go through the trash."
Infestation is Weezing’s only fast move that doesn’t suck, so it’s the fast move of choice. Sludge Bomb (80 power, 50 energy) is a must for solid STAB damage.
As for Weezing’s second charged move, you’ve got some options. Shadow Ball (100 power, 55 energy) gives incredible neutral coverage, and Thunderbolt (90 power, 55 energy) gives you a better matchup against Skarmory. Dark Pulse (80 power, 50 energy) doesn’t provide much coverage that Shadow Ball doesn't, so it's not typically worth using.
Despite its high defense, Weezing just doesn’t do too much in Great League. It’s pretty solid against Medicham, at least, but so are a number of other, better Pokémon.
Weezing’s not bad, it’s just outclassed. By a lot. Use Shadow Ball here to help against Giratina.
Maxing out at 2293 CP causes Weezing some serious problems in Master League.
