Lickilicky is a Normal Pokémon which evolves from Lickitung. It is vulnerable to Fighting moves. Lickilicky's strongest moveset is Lick & Hyper Beam and it has a Max CP of 2,467.
"It uses its tongue much more skillfully than its hands or its feet. It can deftly pick up a single small bean with its tongue."
Lick sports an even 3 DPT (Damage Per Turn) and 3 EPT (Energy Per Turn), as well as a narrowly-avoided typing, making it the superior option for a quick move hands down.
Body Slam is a legacy move from Lickitung's raid day, but is necessary for its cheap energy cost, respectable power with STAB, and shield-baiting utility. Shadow Ball (100 Power/55 Energy) is a powerful move, and combined with Lickilicky's Normal typing, shuts down almost every Ghost-type in the game, across all three leagues. Earthquake (120 Power/65 Energy) broadens its coverage, notably against Steel-types.
Lickilicky is a relatively bulky Pokemon, with a mono-Normal typing that results in only one vulnerability. With access to Lick, Lickilicky can wall almost every Ghost-type in this league, with Shadow Ball being the nail in the coffin if unshielded. The addition of Body Slam from Lickitung's raid event gives Lickilicky a much needed cheap charge move (energy-wise), and can result in considerably more wins across the meta with successful shield-baiting plays. Access to Shadow Ball lets it stand out from Snorlax and Munchlax, who rival Lickilicky with very similar movesets, stats, and typing.
Lickilicky is a Pokemon capable of handling both flavors of Giratina. While Body Slam is a legacy move from Lickitung's raid event, its low energy cost and STAB neutral damage gives Lickilicky more shield pressure and damage output against the meta. Unfortunately, a max CP of 2467 makes it a very expensive investment, something that makes its rival Snorlax look more appealing.
In the Master League, Lickilicky is outright outclassed. Snorlax is an objectively better version of it on basically every front.
