Florges (Blue) is a Fairy Pokémon which evolves from Floette. It is vulnerable to Poison and Steel moves. Florges's strongest moveset is Fairy Wind Fast & Moonblast and it has a Max CP of 3,234.
"It claims exquisite flower gardens as its territory, and it obtains power from basking in the energy emitted by flowering plants."
Fairy Wind offers high energy generation and benefits from STAB. Vine Whip performs similarly, just as a different typing without STAB. Razor Leaf is an alternative choice that deals stronger damage, but makes it very difficult to access Charge Moves often.
Disarming Voice is the main Charge Move for Florges due to its lesser energy cost and benefiting from STAB. Moonblast shares the same Fairy typing, but its high energy cost discourages its use. Psychic demands quite a bit of energy, and is largely chosen for its coverage against Florges's weakness to Poison-type Pokemon. Petal Blizzard is very slow to access, and is therefore not recommended unless Florges is hoping to surprise common Water Pokemon.
Florges takes unsuspecting opponents by surprise, being a mono-Fairy Pokemon despite its appearance suggesting it would be a Grass-type. Access to Fairy Wind is an improvement, though Florges still struggles due to its sluggish Charge Moves and unimpressive bulk.
Fairy-typing is advantageous in Ultra League, and Florges can surprisingly get wins off various Water-types despite lacking STAB Grass-type damage. Unfortunately Florges has no answer to common Steel Pokemon, and its coverage option with Psychic is often not enough to flip matchups vs Poison-types.
Florges would appreciate more stats for Master League, but regardless claims a surprising number of wins against the overall meta. Despite boasting a typing advantage against Dragonite, the matchup between them is very close, with both Pokemon doubly resisting each other's Fast Moves and the matchup ultimately decided based on landing Charge Moves. The lack of Poison-type Pokemon in this league is very favorable, and thus common Steel-types are the main threat to Florges.
