Persian (Alola Form) is a Dark Pokémon which evolves from Meowth. It is vulnerable to Fighting, Bug and Fairy moves. Persian's strongest moveset is Feint Attack & Foul Play and it has a Max CP of 1,771.
"Persian has six bold whiskers that give it a look of toughness. The whiskers sense air movements to determine what is in the Pokémon's surrounding vicinity. It becomes docile if grabbed by the whiskers."
Feint Attack, while it lacks STAB, has better energy generation than Scratch.
Foul Play costs the least amount of energy, and benefits from STAB making it the primary charge move of choice. Dark Pulse deals slightly more damage and costs slightly more energy, while Payback takes that up a further level, making its higher energy cost less desirable. Play Rough provides coverage against Alolan Persian's weakness to Fighting-type opponents.
Alolan Persian struggles against the meta due to its poor moveset. While it can fulfill a Dark-type role if no other options are available, it's advised to pass on this Pokemon for stronger Pokemon in the meta.
Even with XL candy, Alolan Persian doesn't even come near the CP cap of Ultra League.
Dragons are scary. Cat naps aren't.
